In partnership with our customers, the Ottawa County Information Technology Department provides cost-effective solutions and technical leadership to accomplish organizational and departmental goals, and enables delivery of excellent service that will positively impact those served by the County.

Commitment to Service
The IT Department continues to work to provide essential services and enhance the use of information technology in the County. Essential to this process is the maintenance of a solid infrastructure, a well trained and service oriented staff, and a set of services that are available and beneficial to County Departments and employees. As the needs of the County change, the services and method of delivering these services will accommodate those changes. The IT Department is committed to a process of continuous evaluation and improvement.
