Richard "RJ" de Spelder, M.A., EdS. is a Realtor for Coldwell Banker Woodland Schmidt in Grand Haven. RJ has spent 15 years in Real Estate. RJ is interested in community & Professional Involvement, and is involved with the Ottawa County Workforce Development Board, the Grand Haven Mainstreet Downtown Development Board, the Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce, West Michigan Lakeshore Association of Realtors, Michigan & National Association of Realtors.

RJ has spent his career working as a University & Community College Instructor, Lobbyist, Government Affairs, Association Management and Real Estate Development.

RJ received his BS, MA, EdS Educational Psychology & Curriculum Development from Michigan State University.
