Chad Tuttle has been with Sunset Association since 2001. He has been in his current position, as Executive Director, since 2005. He has also served as Adjunct Faculty with Cornerstone University since 2005.
He has his BBA & MBA from Grand Valley State University. He is also a licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
He is currently serving as a Board Member of the Jenison Area Chamber of Commerce.
The most important thing he has learned in his professional career is that people are the key to the success of any organization. If you listen to them, treat them right, reward them, and communicate clear expectations, success will follow. Healthcare is one of the fastest growing areas of the industry. If an individual has the right attitude, heart, and ability to acquire new skills, the healthcare industry can offer a lifetime of opportunities.
The biggest challenge in the healthcare arena today is finding, retaining, and training the appropriate individuals to meet the demands of the future.
