The Ottawa County Community Action Agency Advisory Board is responsible for offering advice on basic goals, policies, and procedures for the CAA-funded programs, and recommends needed changes to best serve Ottawa County residents eligible for services, including senior citizens, low income, and individuals with barriers to self-efficiency. This board is required by the Community Services Block Grant Reauthorization Act of 1998. It is comprised of a minimum of nine members who are appointed by the County Board of Commissioners. Members of this board serve three-year terms and meet every other month, on the third Wednesday of the month at 10:00 am in Holland at 12251 James Street.
