Food Services Appeals Board

Recognizing that safe food is fundamental to individual and public health, further recognizing that food service operations that are constructed, maintained, and operated in a proper manner are necessary to safeguard public health, and to minimize the onset and spread of foodborne illness from food service operations, these rules and regulations governing food service establishments, vending locations, and temporary food establishments are hereby established under the authority of Section 3117 o
