Our Seasonal Flu Vaccine Clinics
Anyone ages 6 months and older should receive a flu vaccine. Because the vaccine is widely available throughout the community, the Ottawa County Department of Public Health will not be hosting walk-in, public flu clinics this year.
By appointment, the Ottawa County Department of Public Health participates with the Vaccines for Children program which provides flu vaccines to children who have no health insurance, who are on Medicaid, or who have insurance that does not cover any part of the cost of vaccines. An administration fee, based on your income, is charged. Many health insurance plans cover the flu vaccine. Please check with your insurer. If your insurance covers the cost of the flu vaccine, you must go to your physician's office to receive it.
