Through Honor Rewards, Ottawa County veterans can get an Honor Rewards ID card and use it for discounts and benefits at participating local businesses.
Veteran Sign-Up
If you are a veteran and would like to sign up to receive an Honor Rewards ID card at no cost to you, you will need a completed application, a photo, and a copy of your DD-214. Photos can be taken at the Fillmore location only or you can bring in your own photo. Veterans can apply:
- In-person with the completed application, photo, and DD-214 to any of our office locations
- Mail the completed application, photo, and DD-214 to our Fillmore location
- Email the completed application, photo, and DD-214 to honorrewards@miottawa.org
- Online

Business Sign-Up
Is your business willing to provide an Honor Rewards discount? Does your business currently offer a veteran discount? Business owners can apply:
- In-person with the completed application to any of our office locations
- Mail the completed application to our Fillmore location
