Residents submitted the petition with the required minimum of five freeholders. A Board of Determination (BOD) meeting was held on October 28, 2025, where the petition was approved.
During public comment, many residents voiced concerns about neighborhood-wide ponding, flooding, and stormwater infrastructure issues.
Prein & Newhof is now televising the system to assess pipe conditions before beginning the design phase.
