Macatawa Water Festival

The Macatawa Water Festival is a free, family-friendly event taking place on Saturday, July 12 from 10 a.m. -2 p.m. at Kollen Park in Holland. Numerous community partners and sponsors will come together to offer water-related activities and educational experiences designed to engage people of all ages to learn about restoring and preserving our lake and watershed. Try hands-on activities like kayaking or biking, learn about native and invasive plants, play games about water conservation, encounter live animals, make nature crafts, and more! Ottawa County’s Department of Strategic Impact Land Planners will also be there to break down the abstract concepts related to our aquifers with interactive displays and educational materials.
