The site offers educational articles, videos, assessments, community resources, tools, and information on managing stress, anxiety, seasonal depression, and many more mental health topics. In addition, Ottawa County Community Mental Health offers services for all residents.
The Military Crisis Line
The Military Crisis Line is a free, confidential resource for all service members, including members of the National Guard and Reserve, and Veterans, even if they’re not enrolled in VA benefits or health care.
