Depending on the type of service, your order or request will be processed online or through traditional methods of fulfillment.
Online fulfillment example – Accident reports are retrieved from a database and displayed on your computer screen within seconds of submitting your request. You then use functions on your computer's browser to print or save the information as displayed on screen.
Traditional fulfillment example - A certified copy of a vital record must have the raised seal of the County Clerk. This type of request will be processed by the Clerk's office and the certified copy will be mailed to you within the number of business days, as specified in the email confirmation of your request.
