The Lakeshore Regional Entity (LRE) Substance Use Disorder Oversight Policy Board is responsible for establishing policies related to substance use disorder prevention and treatment for the Region 3 PIHP. The Substance Use Disorder Oversight Policy Board (OPB) is required under Section 287 (5) of Public Act 500 of 2012, and is comprised of representatives from each of the 5 LRE community mental health service provider members; OnPoint (Allegan 2 persons), HealthWest (Muskegon 2 persons), Network 180 (Kent 7 persons), CMH of Ottawa County (3 persons who are appointed by the Ottawa County Board of Commissioners), and West Michigan CMH (Lake -1 person, Mason 1 person, Oceana 1 person). The OPB meetings are held quarterly on the first Wednesday of the month at 4:00 PM at the Community Mental Health of Ottawa County Administrative Office, 12265 James St., Holland, MI.
