The Ottawa County Land Bank Authority is responsible for oversight and administration of the County's Land Bank Authority, which was established in 2010 under an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Michigan Land Bank Fast Track Authority. It is comprised of 9 members that are appointed by the County Board of Commissioners. Members of the Land Bank Authority serve 6-year terms, and meet twice per year, and as needed, at the Ottawa County Fillmore Street complex.
