The Lakeshore Regional Entity (LRE) Substance Use Disorder Oversight Policy Board is responsible for establishing policies related to substance use disorder prevention and treatment for the Region Three PIHP. The Substance Use Disorder Oversight Policy Board (OPB) is required under Section 287 (5) of Public Act 500 of 2012, and is comprised of representatives from each of the five LRE community mental health service provider members; OnPoint (Allegan two persons), HealthWest (Muskegon two persons), Network 180 (Kent seven persons), CMH of Ottawa County (three persons who are appointed by the Ottawa County Board of Commissioners), and West Michigan CMH (Lake -one person, Mason one person, Oceana one person). The OPB meetings are held quarterly on the first Wednesday of the month at 4:00 PM at the Community Mental Health of Ottawa County Administrative Office, 12265 James St., Holland, MI.
