CIRCUIT COURT RECORDS DIVISION

The Circuit Court Records Division is the keeper of the 20th Circuit Court's records for all Civil, Criminal, Domestic, and Family Division cases.

Please be aware that, pursuant to MCL 600.916(1), clerks are barred by law from giving legal advice or preparing legal documents.

Criminal Team
The Criminal Team is responsible for felony and high-court misdemeanors bound over from the 58th District Court, criminal appeals from the District Court, and juvenile delinquencies waived over to the adult system in the Circuit Court. The following is a list of resources regarding criminal cases in the Circuit Court.

Civil Team
